Optimization uses real road drive times from OSRM, not straight-line distance. Geocoding uses Nominatim. Both are free demo services — see README for limits. No MLS, no booking, no payments in this prototype.
Read-only. This never sends, deletes, or forwards email. ShowingTime login links inside emails are ignored and never stored, only address, date, and time are extracted.
Live pull needs a Google Cloud OAuth client ID with the gmail.readonly scope. Without one, use paste import above. That client ID step is a Google Cloud setup, not something to paste a password for.
